I am a student of Linguistics and Spanish at Purdue University. In 2009, I decided to learn the Sinhala language but could find no resources on the web or in print for native English speakers to learn the language, so I began to teach myself (by asking countless questions from native speakers) and documenting what I learned. It is my hope to provide resources for others who are attempting to learn Sinhala as well.
